Sunshine Vacation Homes are all non-smoking facilities and pets are not allowed. Please note that photos and descriptions are general to all homes and may not be specific to the house of your stay.

Check-in is not available 24 hours a day; contact must be made prior to arrival. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM. The office is closed on Sundays and holidays. Guests arriving outside of office hours must contact Sunshine Vacation Homes for the code to gain entry to a lock box containing the keys.
Pool heat is not included in the rental rates for the homes, but is available for an additional $25 per night plus tax.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than seven days from arrival.
There is a cleaning fee due upon check-in:
3-bedroom homes start from $65 plus tax for stays of five nights or less.
4-bedroom homes start from $75 plus tax for stays of five nights or less.
5-bedroom homes start from $90 plus tax for stays of five nights or less.
6-bedroom homes start from $105 plus tax for stays of 5 nights or less.
All fees are due at check-in.
A valid photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in by the person(s) making the reservation.
A $250 hold will be placed on the credit card and will be lifted 7 - 10 days after departure provided no damage has been done to the house and no additional fees were incurred. If a credit card is not available, a $250 cash deposit is required and will be returned 7-10 days after departure. Access to the condo will not be granted without this deposit.
