    DINING
Old Hickory Steakhouse - Tucked in the resort’s Everglades locale, this dinner-only steakhouse offers a first-class ambience. Stars of the show are certified Black Angus aged beef and fresh seafood, but an impressive cheese course and an inspired wine list complete the experience.

Sunset Sam’s Fish Camp - A 60-foot sailboat is the beacon for this casual restaurant, and the menu offers fresh oysters, clams, spicy conch fritters, and oversized tropical drinks. House specialties include bouillabaisse and seared scallops, and the wine list favors whites.

Villa de Flora - With the charming decor of an ornately tiled home, Villa de Flora has six show kitchens with a range of mix-and-match dishes from paella to prime rib. The concept is all-you-can-eat, and the casual restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Auggie’s Jammin’ Piano Bar - Dueling pianists face off in this high-energy, spacious bar. The noise level can preclude quiet conversation. Light food is served.

Planet Java - Planet Java serves coffee around the clock as well as ready-made sandwiches, fruit, wine, beer, and other quick-service food.

Lobby Lounge - Quiet, luxurious, and cozy, with live piano music, the Lobby Lounge serves drinks only.

South Beach Pool Bar - Servers on roller skates offer poolside drinks and sandwiches, salads, and appetizers in bamboo steamers. The conch fritters are especially tasty.
